OptiWeb Studio provides a suite of free web developer tools, including but not limited to an Image Compressor, Favicon Studio, Schema Checker, and Site Information analyzer. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

You agree not to use the services for any unlawful or prohibited activities. Specifically, you may not:

• Attempt to overload, crash, or maliciously attack our servers.
• Use the Site Info tool to scrape, spam, or perform unauthorized audits on web properties you do not have permission to analyze at a massive scale.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the APIs provided by our suite.

4. Intellectual Property

The design, source code, and original content of OptiWeb Studio are the intellectual property of the maintainers. However, any content, images, or schemas you generate or process using our tools remain entirely your property.

5. Limitation of Liability

OptiWeb Studio is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools.
